Choose a birthday card, a holiday card, a card with animals, a sports-themed card, or any of the other many styles. That's step 1 (and may take the longest with so many from which to choose). Fill out an online form to personalize the card or leave them blank (Step 2). Finally, step 3 is to print the resulting template from your browser. Each card carries a small unobtrusive 123 Print Cards! tag line and URL.

This Cards category includes business cards and postcards as well as Note Cards, Half-Fold Greeting Cards, and more. These are blank templates with grid lines to help you layout your own card designs. Most of greeting card templates appear to be Microsoft Word compatible and are designed to work with various Avery paper products.

Pick a card and personalize it online. You can add images and text (and move things around, change fonts, etc.) then print your creation from your browser. It will even offer sentiment suggestions. Lots of categories and many styles of greeting cards. It's all free. Cards print on A4 paper so if you're using US letter size it may be necessary to adjust the print size. Cards will have a Greetings Island logo on the back side.

These templates are printable PDF files. Categories include birthday, graduation, thank you, glamour, get well, and Spanish greeting cards. There are funny cards, serious cards, and some really lovely designs too.
