Definition: Text set completely in uppercase or all capital letters is known as all caps. Long blocks of text set in all caps is difficult to read so all caps should be reserved for headlines or for small caps - all caps that are smaller than the normal uppercase letters of a font used for some abbreviations.
Also Known As: all uppercase | all capitals
Examples: UPPERCASE (text set in all caps) - lowercase (text set with no capitals) - Mixed Case (text set in both upper and lowercase letters)
