Avoid Alterations and Errors

The time you save by not proofing carefully can be doubled or tripled in time lost in restarting or reprinting jobs. Check, doublecheck, and triplecheck your layout (including spelling, fonts, graphics), color specifications, paper specifications, and finishing instructions prior to submitting a job to the printer and during subsequent proofing stages.

Allow adequate time between your client signing off on the job and the start time for the print job.

Insure that you have completed all forms or instruction sheets required by your printer.
