Insert your cursor in a text block or highlight existing text. Select Type | Indents/Tabs to set tabs and apply leaders (dots, dashes, lines, custom).

TIP: In Adobe PageMaker the leaders take on the font characteristics of the text immediately preceding the leaders. To change the leaders without changing that text insert a space between the text and the leaders then apply the desired characteristics (different font, bold, etc.) to the space and the leaders.
