Create a Full Color PostScript File in Publisher 98

By Jacci Howard Bear, About.com Guide

3 of 7

Select printer driver

MS Publisher

All colors are retained.

Publisher retains all the colors in the publication with Full color.

Next:

  • Select a printer driver (for the device to which the Full color document will print).

Note: Publisher does not support four-color (CMYK) separations. However, it can create a special PostScript file: Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) that a commercial printing service can (probably, check with them) open up in a graphics program and create the needed color separations. See the Publisher HELP files for more information.
