Create PostScript File

Once the publication is properly set up -- correct format, desired color options, the right printer specifications, all potential design problems resolved -- it's time to generate a PostScript File.

Here's a quick overview (covered in more detail in the help files):

  1. Select File | Prepare File for Printing Service... | Create File in PostScript...
  2. Click the desired Printer/Printer Driver (if not already selected).
  3. Make sure the Print File box is checked.
  4. Click the Properties tab and change any default settings if needed.
  5. Click OK
  6. Give the file a name
  7. Click OK
  8. Publisher creates a PostScript file.
