Create a Black and White PostScript File in Publisher 98

Select printer driver, paper size

All colors are changed to black, white, or shades of gray

Next:

• Select a printer driver (for the device to which the B/W document will print).
• Choose paper size (Publisher can automatically select the "extra" paper size -- slightly larger than the final print size). Do not select the "extra" paper size if printing to paper that is the exact size of the publication.
• Show printer marks (crop marks, etc.). Do not select this option if not printing to "extra" size paper.

• Set Up Publication
• Black, white, and shades of gray
• Select printer driver, paper size
• Design Check
• Print a Proof
• Create PostScript File
• Send PostScript File to Printing Service
