The Happy Ghost Halloween Card was designed by Jacci Howard Bear, About.com Desktop Publishing Guide (http://desktoppub.about.com) within Microsoft Publisher 2010. It has been exported as a letter size portrait image (front/back of card when folded) in PDF and PNG formats.
The Happy Ghost was drawn in Adobe Illustrator and exported as a PNG file. It was drawn following the cartoon ghost tutorial by Shawn Encarnacion for About.com Drawing / Sketching
