Put Initial Caps on the Baseline

Fine-tune initial caps
You may need to adjust the baseline alignment between your initial cap and the rest of the text. Your initial cap should share a baseline with the adjacent text. Ideally the top of your initial cap should be even or above the top of the top line of text in the paragraph. Move it or resize it to get the right balance.
