Adjust Gaps in Dropped Caps

Fine-tune initial caps
Because the automatic dropped cap scripts create square holes to drop in the enlarged cap non-square letters such as A, O, V, or D end up with empty space (or not enough space) between them and the second letter of the word.

Use tabs, spaces, backspaces, kerning, or character spacing to add or remove space. You can adjust only the first line or you could adjust all the lines around the initial cap, following the lines of the letters shape. The goal is to make the first word look more like one word rather than a single big letter followed by other words.
