- Open an illustration program and paste it in that program. If given the option, choose to "paste special" or place the image as a Metafile. It offers the most editing options.
- Edit the image as desired or as necessary.
You might not want to edit your Word Art as much as in the example shown here; but if you do, as metafiles the images can be taken apart and reassembled, elements resized, clip art added, and colors adjusted.
- Save or Export the image as an EPS file.
EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) is a vector graphics format that is most suitable for use in commercial printing for non-photographic graphics such as the Word Art.
