| Class Description | I teach apprentices and award course students at the Printing College in Western Australia. My apprentice classes are comprised mainly of young adults between 17 and 22 years old who work in the graphic arts industry for a prepress employer. My award students are full time students who are mainly adults (around 70%) and who have returned to study electronic publishing as a means of extending their existing qualifications in traditional Graphic Design, Journalism, Architecture, Arts Management, Engineering etc. Many nof these people feel that the additional skills will give them a distinct advantage when competing for positions in their industry. |
