If you browse the fonts from etherbrian you'll find lots of futuristic, techy, or otherwise unusual offerings. But Dekthusian is one of the more traditional fonts — an all caps decorative sans serif. It has a slightly retro feel.

Notes from the Read Me file: "It is FREE for whatever purpose be it personal or commercial, as long as you aren't doing anything to bring harm to anyone and you're typing only nice words."

They describe it thusly: "Think 1976, school spirit, metalflake bicycles, custom t-top cars, metal mouth braces, orange popsicles and lemonade, Marsha Brady hairstyles! Sign my yearbook?!" It's a bold, decorative, sans serif, slightly slanted. Lower case i & j have are dotted with a star. It's a little bit retro, it's a little bit futuristic. And it's very affordable.

Font Factoid
In language a diphthong is a gliding vowel sound normally represented by two adjacent vowels. In typography, some diphthongs are represented by a single ligature character (joined letters). Joined AE (Æ) and ae (æ) and joined OE (Œ) and oe (œ) are examples.
