Lace in Shades of Green, Blue, and Pink

http://z.about.com/d/desktoppub/1/0/l/B/set2til1.gifThis tile (left) is one of the starting points for the images in this coordinated set of background graphics. It was created with the Terrazzo Filter in Corel Photo-Paint 7.

Mix and Match these images with the Vertical Stripe (Wide) backgrounds for the Lace Set.

Design Tips

Often there is a great amount of contrast between the background border and the remainder of the background when using backgrounds with a vertical stripe (such as those on our Wide Backgrounds page).

Black text (or other colors) that are readable on one portion of the background may not be readable on other portions. How do you control where the text appears? One way is with Tables.

Learn how to use Tables creatively with tips and tutorials from both our Web Design and HTML Guides at About.com.
