Speed Up the Use of Publisher Wizards

By Jacci Howard Bear, About.com

Once you're familiar with working with Wizards, you can speed up the process without totally abandoning the Wizard helpfulness in Microsoft Publisher.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: NA

Here's How:

  1. When the first Wizard pane opens, choose Finish.
  2. A dialog box will ask you to confirm that you want to skip the questions but keep the Wizard available. Choose Yes.
  3. If you wish to always skip to the end of the Wizards, before clicking on Yes, check the box for Skip past the Wizard's questions next time.
  4. The final Wizard pane displays with the options to make changes to any of the steps.

Tips:

  1. This shortcut is useful when you only want or need to make a few changes or if you prefer to make changes in a different order than the Wizard normally presents.
