Ask For and Pay For Speed

If your printer doesn't know your deadline, chances are you'll miss it. Communicate the need for speed from the beginning. Ask your printer up front what you can do to help meet your schedule.

If your printer consistently fails to deliver in a timely manner when you're on schedule at your end, shop around.

If necessary, pay extra for rush service. Accept partial shipments. Pick up completed projects yourself or send your own courier instead of waiting for the print shops regular delivery.
