Verso left Recto right

Verso pages are on the left with even numbers. Recto is right odd.

Definition: In page layout, the verso pages are the even-numbered pages on the left side of a two-page spread.

Considered the back or reverse side of the page, the term verso also refers to the page, usually the back of the title page, where publisher and copyright information appears in a book.
