Resize Clip Art to Fit Your Layout

Images seldom come in just the right size to fit everyone's needs. However, resizing clip art isn't difficult if you follow a few guidelines:

• Bitmap images look best if resized smaller, not larger

• Bitmap images that need to be larger can sometimes be resized up to 10% larger without too much visible degradation of the image

• Vector images are the easiest to resize both larger and smaller

• Use graphics software to resize clip art. Don't do it in page layout software
