It seems to me, that Kodak is putting all it’s eggs in the proverbial digital basket. When photography was born, Winsor & Newton didn’t decide to give up manufacturing paint. Slide film, Kodachrome especially, is just one more medium. Yes, I shoot a lot of digital images, but I still PREFER to shoot with slide film. Kodachrome, although a specialized process, still yields the best quality a slide can offer. It is a sad, sad day!
