How to Organize Your Files

This is definitely one of those "do as they say, not as I do" situations. I often start out with very meaningful file names. But time and time again my files and folders seem to take on a wild life of their own -- cryptic names, hiding in far corners of my hard drive. Yes, I admit, some parts of my computer filing system are a huge mess.
