Saving Money and Pinching Pennies

My teenage son and his friends tried to hit me up for more gas money today. Saving money is not their strong suit. But teens aren't the only ones who find themselves cash-poor. Doing graphic design and desktop publishing can get very expensive - for both the designer and the client. Fortunately, there are many different ways we can save money on design and printing.

And you can help protect yourself from potential losses of time and money by always working with a contract which includes provisions for a deposit and a kill fee as well as payment terms.
