For freelance designers, it's not always feasible due to client demands and the need to constantly have new projects coming in as old projects wrap up. But, then again, maybe there are ways to develop passive income that will let you Earn More and Work Less. I can think of a few possibilities specifically for designers that could allow you to "earn money while you sleep" (after an initial investment of time)...

- Templates. Round up all your most successful, original designs into a template package you can sell to other designers and non-designers.
- Self-Published Booklets or E-Books Share your expertise in desktop publishing and graphic design in essays or tutorials.
