This week I struggled through several plumbing problems as well as tool assembly difficulties. Each task was complicated further by typos and poor writing of the written instructions that came with various components. The instructions were riddled with instances of missing or extra (confusing) words, unclear writing, and steps that didn't match the illustrations. My struggles underline the need for proofreading and good writing no matter what type of communication project you undertake. Yes, I did ultimately accomplish each task - without help from the not so helpful instructions.
