You Can't Make Money with Photoshop?

Counterfeiting and making fake I.D.s gets easier and easier as desktop publishing and graphics software gets smarter and more sophisticated. No doubt it's a real problem. It seems some software vendors are doing something about it. But have new detection algorithms in Adobe Photoshop CS and other products gone too far? Reproducing images of currency is legal in many countries provided certain provisions are met. But some of today's smart software doesn't seem to make the distinction between legitimate and illegal use - it just won't let you use some scans of paper money.

Graphics Software Guide Sue Chastain explains what's happening and ponders the software vendors attempts to keep us honest.
