Epson Boycott & More on Costly Inkjet Cartridges

Wednesday July 9, 2003
Found an interesting follow-up to my recent note on The High Cost of Inkjet Printing. Seems that Dutch Consumer Association Consumentenbond is advocating a boycott of Epson inkjet cartridge printers. They claim a chip in the cartridge is causing it to stop even when there is sufficient ink left in the cartridge for many more pages. Read this and related stories at The Register:
"Epson, we have a problem"
